steak — 5-Player Squad Panic & Survival (Roblox)

Top streamer steak runs a full five-player squad on launch day, showing shared-lives panic, Bandage healing mid-run, and how a group recovers when a chase splits the team.

Verified gameplay details

Stamina only recovers while walking

Sprinting drains stamina and it recovers while you walk — never while standing still. Between chase zones, walk to bank a full bar before the next encounter. Sprint only to close distance or cross open ground, then drop back to a walk to recharge.

The squad shares three lives

Your team has three shared lives per run, not one per player. Lose all three and the run ends no matter how far you've progressed. A teammate who goes down draws from the same pool, so healing and teamwork protect everyone's progress, not just your own.

Tickets are in-run, Gems are lobby

Two currencies do two jobs. Tickets are earned inside a run — from puzzles, hazards and progression — and spent immediately at the Wonder Shop. Gems are the persistent lobby currency granted by codes like RELEASE26, used for cosmetics and lobby unlocks. Don't expect codes to fund your in-run shopping.

Buy the Map early to stop wandering

For 10 Tickets the Map (drawn by Wander) reveals the park layout, which fights the game's randomized, non-linear design. In solo runs it's the first utility worth saving for — a known route beats a guessed one when a chase starts.

Wonder Mask turns stealth into a tool

For 15 Tickets the Wonder Mask grants temporary disguise and evasion against park entities until its durability breaks. It's the most expensive confirmed item, but it converts scary encounters into safe passage when timed around patrol routes.

Bandages keep the squad alive

At 5 Tickets each, Bandages are the cheapest confirmed item and the only one that heals — yourself or a damaged teammate. In 5-player squads, assign a medic and keep a Bandage in reserve for the mid-run chase zones where damage stacks up.

Hammer stuns, Minigun shouts

The Hammer (10 Tickets) staggers corridor stalkers for 3 seconds — enough to slip through a choke point. The Minigun (10 Tickets) deals heavy ranged damage but its in-game description warns it is loud and scary; expect the noise to draw more attention than a quiet escape would.

Puzzles buy you time and Tickets

Solving puzzles grants extra time on the level clock and clears a Lumin to collect — plus the Tickets the run pays out. Multi-part puzzles like the Memory Sequence only reward once every part is done, so clear the area before you start pressing keys.

Pick a difficulty that matches your goal

Four difficulty tiers are confirmed — Easy (First Words), Medium (First Steps), Hard (Big Kid) and Nightmare (Fearless Child) — with special rewards for finishing the story with zero deaths. First clears are easier on Easy; save the clean-run reward for later once the route is familiar.

Join the ScaryPlay group for rewards

The official game description tells players to join the ScaryPlay Roblox group to receive in-game rewards in Wonderland. It's free and takes seconds, so there's no reason to run without it.
